Optimized Sawmill & Hardwood Flooring Machinery, Secondary Processing Machinery
The U.S. representative for Lico Machinery, EBI Electric, Cresswood and OSI Machinerie. Optimized ripping, edging, scanning and crosscutting, plus sorting, stacking and waste grinding: whole lines, single machines, or the parts that keep one running.
One number for the whole line
You get one person on this from the first phone call to the day the line runs. We scope the job with you, put the builders' own application engineers on the configuration, and stay with it through installation and after. Four lines, one number.
The four lines we carry cover the whole flow of a sawmill or hardwood flooring plant, in primary and secondary processing, softwood and hardwood. That covers a complete line, a single station added to a line you already run, or the parts to keep an existing machine going. Most jobs start as one machine.
These lines get specified together, so the handoffs are settled before anyone orders steel. An EBI optimizer running on Lico equipment is a normal configuration in the plants we serve. Each line picks up where the last leaves off: Lico moves and cuts the lumber, EBI grades and scans it, OSI planes it to thickness, and Cresswood takes what comes off the floor at the end.
We quote and support installations nationwide, from the Southeast to the Pacific Northwest.
Every Lico line is built for one mill
Lico has been designing and building optimized rip, edging and crosscut lines in Saint-Georges, Quebec since 1993, and nothing ships from a shelf. The controls are coded to your product mix, the steel is cut to your building, and the line is assembled and run at their plant before it leaves, so what arrives is fitted to the job rather than close enough.
Three decades in the same shop, on the same problem. That is why Lico is the line we put in front of a mill owner first.

View system →We come out and walk the line before we quote it
Layout constraints do not show up on a drawing. We travel to the plant, walk the flow, measure what the building will actually take, and scope from there. Recent work runs from the Southeast to the Pacific Northwest.
Lico, EBI, Cresswood and OSI each put application engineering behind the quote before any steel is ordered.
Darker green marks the primary territory for the lines we represent. We quote and support installations across the country.
